Shipping Zones and Times

We ship to:

• Peninsular Spain: 7-15 business days.
• Balearic and Canary Islands: 10-20 business days.
• European Union: 10-20 business days.

Delivery times are approximate. They may vary due to external factors (logistics operators, customs, high-demand periods).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders placed from Peninsular Spain and the European Union, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code. You can check the status at any time.

Package Receipt

Please check the package upon receipt. If it shows visible damage, indicate it on the delivery note before signing for receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

Incorrect Addresses or Absence at Delivery

If the package is returned to the origin due to an incorrect address or because no one was present after the carrier's attempts, we may require a new shipping cost to resend it.
