Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide any justification.
How to return a product
- Send an email to hydroblast.support@gmail.com with the subject "Return [order number]" indicating the products to be returned.
- We will send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the product in its original or equivalent packaging, with all accessories.
- Send it by tracked courier. Keep the proof of shipment.
Conditions of returned product
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all its accessories and packaging. Returns of products that have been tampered with or are without packaging may be rejected or accepted with a reduction in the refund amount.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, except when the reason is a product defect, a shipping error on our part, or a product different from the one ordered.
Refund
Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, it is not possible to withdraw from:
- Products customized according to consumer specifications.
- Sealed products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons.
